Summer Camp Registration Details
All day camp and overnight camp registration is completed within our third-party camp management system, CampDoc. This site will house the registration details, gather your Campers health forms and waivers, and be utilized to message important reminders and updates to families. Please use the below steps to register your child for summer camp 2025!
**Note: Registration steps have changed this year. Please read the below steps.**
Registering your Child/ren
- CampDoc is not user friendly on cellphones. It is recommended that you use a computer to complete registration and forms.
- Head to http://app.campdoc.com/register/gooddays to create a user log-in or to sign in to your existing account. You will only need one account to register multiple children. Once you create your log-in you will be prompted to enter information on yourself (name, address, email, phone). The email provided here will be used for all communication through CampDoc.
- The left hand bar will show you a list of your children. You can add additional campers by selecting "Add Participant".
- To register your child, select "registration" under their name in the left hand bar. CampDoc will only display programs your child qualifies for based on age. You will then need to select the program they are looking to attend based on their relation to cancer/sickle cell anemia or if registering for day camp, select the one for your region.
- Children diagnosed with cancer or sickle cell: Teddi's Team/ Doing a World of Good
- Children with a parent or sibling diagnosed: Camp USA I & II
- Children who have lost a parent or sibling to either disease: Camp B&ST
- Once you select "register" and automatic pop-up will state your regstration is complete. Please disregard this pop-up! You will need to complete the application portion. To complete your childs application, select "health profile" under their name in the left hand bar. Then in the right hand bar, the top section will be called "Camp Application (program name)". Please complete this section, which will ask more information to confirm the child qualifies for our program.
- A staff member will send you a confirmation message once the application is reviewed and approved. Or you will be notified your child has been placed on a waitlist. In the meantime, you may begin complete the rest of the health profile forms and waivers.
